Hypoglycemia due to OHA

A 55 year male was brought to casualty today at 4 am in unresponsive state 
C/o fever from 2 am associated with chills and rigors 
He was diagnosed as diabetic 1 week back by a local RMP and was prescribed with tab glimi m1 po bd 


Vitals : 
At 4 am :
BP: 130/80 mm hg 
PR:60bpm 
RR: 20/min 
GRBS: 48mg/dl 
Spo2: 100% 

At 8am: 
S: 
Fever spikes + 
O: 
Pt is c/c/c 
Well oriented to time , place and person 
At 8am : 
BP: 120/80mm hg 
PR: 80bpm 
RR: 20 /min 
GRBS: 70mg/dl 
Spo2: 100%
Temp: 97F 
CVS: s1, s2 present 
RS: BAE + NVBS 
P/A : soft , non tender, bowel sounds present 
CNS: NFND 
A: 
OHA induced hypoglycaemia 
K/c/o DM2 since 1 week 

P: 
1) ivf DNS @75ml/hr 
2) tab Dolo 650mg po tid 
3) GRBS charting 1 hrly
